Community Care Services

We offer a variety of care and support services, which can be delivered from just 15 minuntes per day or up to 24 hours 7 days a week.
We have grown organically over the years and now provide care services to over 150 service users throughout South Wales. We are accredited and registered with our industries governing bodies, as well as with professional organisations, strictly adhering to all the guidelines and regulations they require of us.
Personal care and support services including, but not limited to:
Personal care, comfort and safety are vital to maintaining quality of life. We offer support to people with their personal care, in order that they can maintain high standards of personal hygiene:
•Support getting up, washed and dressed
•Support getting ready for bed
•Having a bath or shower
•Support with incontinence care
•Assistance with eating/drinking
•Providing medication prompts
•Support with grooming

Practical care and support services including, but not limited to:
•Supporting people to stay safe
•Shopping Services
•Light housework
•Laundry and Ironing Services
•Support with making beds and linen change
•Assisting with meal and drink preparation
•Taking out the rubbish
Companionship services including, but not limited to:
•Providing companionship and conversation
•Assisting with hobbies and crafts
•Support with leisure activities
•Reminiscence therapy
•Assisting when visiting neighbours or friends

Linc Cymru began nursing care in July 2009. Linc has three not for profit, purpose-built nursing homes: Capel Grange in Newport and Ty Coch and Penylan House in Cardiff.
