Swansea Living Solutions provides a bespoke and individually tailored residential social care and specialist support service; including intensive support with close observations as required for adults with mental health issues, ranging from depression and anxiety to schizophrenia, Bi-Polar disorder and personality disorders. We can provide bespoke packages of support and a flexible environment which enables us to extend our services to individuals who have a history of deliberate and accidental self-harm and / or a history of attempted suicide. We can provide flexible accommodation, and tailored support to meet the needs of the individual and this can vary from following a recovery pathway from intensive support and environmental control to supporting an individual with a re-enablement plan in preparation to move into a less supportive environment such as supported living or independent living settings. We are insured and able to meet the needs of individuals who have been subject to a section under the Mental Health Act and who are placed on Section 17 leave, discharged under a Community Treatment Order and / or subject to S117 Aftercare. The Priory Nursing & Residential Care Home is a large, early Victorian country house built in 1840, set on a level site on the side of a hill and enjoys magnificent views of the Wye Valley. Situated in the village of Llandogo between Monmouth and Chepstow. We have 52 rooms, 4 x lounges, a quiet area for reading, 2 x conservatories and an activity area. There is also a hairdressing salon, chiropody and medical room. We care for Adults only.
We work with people who are living with dementia. We provide care to those who require it holistically and in a person centred way. Our main clientele are Wrexham area, but any area is welcome. We try to remain as homely as possible for our residents, we also care for palliative care when our residents reach this stage of their life.
