ProCare Wales Ltd was established in 2001 as a service provider of care and support services within the community. We are governed by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) with dual registration allowing us to provide services for children aged 0-17 years and their families, by way of early intervention work within a child’s home and school environments and/or support of a young parent with a learning disability and their child. Our adult registration allows us to provide bespoke support to both male and female adults aged 18 and over.

We are looking to recruit energetic and dynamic individuals who are highly motivated and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should ideally be experienced in the care sector and have a working knowledge of the Active Support Model and supporting individuals who have complex support needs including learning disability, challenging behaviour and emotionally challenging vulnerable adults.

Radis has been delivering community-based care and support for over 20 years. We have 50 CQC/CIWregistered service locations providing circa 28,000 hours of service per week, with an average of 1700 staff.

Our services range from short, 15-minute visits through to full 24-hour care and support services that support Service Users with all aspects of their daily lives. Over 90% of our services are community

based care/support, including the provision of care and support within the Extra Care setting.

We provide these services to a range of Service User groups including Younger Adults, Older People, people with Learning Disabilities, people with Physical Disabilities and people with Mental Health conditions. We work with over 30 Local Authorities to provide these services, as well as providing care and support to privately-funded individuals, PCTs and individuals in receipt of Direct Payments/Individual Budgets.

Radis has developed a particular specialism/experience of services within Extra Care, currently providing care/support within 37 Extra Care schemes across England and Wales, supporting over 600 tenants/leaseholders. Currently more than 3000 hours of service is provided each week across these schemes.

In addition to our core community-based care services, Radis also provides outreach support, housing related floating support, short-term reablement at home, end of life care, hospital discharge and other more specialised communitybased care and support services. We have an established specialist Supported Living and Complex Care services, alongside our nationwide Live-In service, all of which offer highly specialised support to individuals with a wide range of needs and conditions.

In all instances, we are firmly committed to providing person-centred services that support Service Users to achieve their identified outcomes, with consistent staff ensuring that Service Users’ dignity, choice and control are maintained at all times
