Evolve Care Group

We are a family run care home specialising in caring for those living with dementia. Within the past couple of years we have introduced our household model of care. This is a care program based on the findings of Thomas Kipling. We offer personalised care suited to each individual. For example, we call our residents 'family members' are we personalise each room based on what each family member wants. We also do not have uniform for the staff as we feel it creates an us and them culture. We provide set meal times in a multitude of different dining rooms depending on what the residents want e.g a more formal meal time or dinner in front of the TV. However, we also have food available outside of set meal times for our family members - 3 course meals available 24/7. We encourage independence where possible, for example, there are kitchenettes in the family members rooms. We have achieved a Good rating from CQC.
