Our WeCare Wales employer dashboard has been updated. This is where employers can create or log into their WeCare Wales account to upload and manage job vacancies.

SCWonline account
If you have a SCWonline account, you can log in using your current details. You will need to fill in any missing information.
What is SCWonline?
SCWonline is owned by Social Care Wales where employers, known to us as signatories, also use the site. Social Care Wales ownes WeCare Wales and therefore gives users a better experience in keeping all accounts under one login.
Logging in with my current details
If you don’t have a SCWonline account, but have a WeCare account with live jobs, simply log in with your current details and you’ll be prompted to change your password.
If you're unable to log, in this means you don't have live job vacancies with us and you'll need to following the below instructions and create a new account.
Create a new account
If you don’t have a SCWonline account, and currently have a WeCare account with us but haven’t actively been posting jobs, you’ll need to re-register your account.
Once you have submitted an application to register please check your e-mails regularly, including your Junk/Spam folders to verify your account.
